Montague Adjusting Company LLC was established in 2006 to provide multi-line claims adjusting and appraisal services to commercial and personal lines insurers, self-insureds, Risk Pools and TPA's.
We are licensed in OR, WA, ID, MT, WY, TX, UT and FL.
With 30 years of multi-line, multi-jurisdictional claims handling experience, we know that every claim is different. We tailor our services to meet the unique requirements of our adjusters, insureds, customers and claimants. We provide personalized service and treat your customers as people, not files or numbers. We provide prompt, competent, courteous service.

Kelly Montague's earliest memories were of traveling with her claims adjuster parents on claims investigations, interviews and accident reconstructions. Following college graduation, she travelled to the beautiful Pacific Northwest. It is there that she followed in the footsteps of her parents and began a very satisfying career as a claims adjuster.
Prior to opening Montague Adjusting Co. LLC, Ms. Montague held positions with Wausau Insurance Companies, AIG Claim Services, Liberty Mutual Group, Washington-Oregon Claim Services and Custard Insurance Adjusters. Her work experience ranges from handling an extremely busy high-exposure liability claims desk while supervising a staff of field investigators to completing vehicle damage appraisals and property inspections.
While she is experienced in handling all lines of insurance, Ms. Montague specializes in handling high exposure, complex, catastrophic injury and fatality claims involving serious damage and/or liability exposures. She has had the opportunity to investigate many interesting and serious claims from the collapse of a power generating wind-turbine to a bridge collapse.
Ms. Montague is also experienced in handling commercial and residential property damage claims involving complex structural issues.
Ms. Montague has been in the Pendleton, OR area for 20 years and has had the opportunity to build an excellent network of reliable, courteous and prompt service providers from contractors to tow companies.
