Mr. Robertson has testified on most types of property and casualty coverages, with an emphasis on all forms of general, excess and umbrella liability. Previous assignments have allowed him to perform extensive research on the history of all major forms of general, excess and umbrella liability, from the 1880s through the present.

Robert M. Anderson, CPCU

Robert M. Anderson is a seasoned insurance executive with a wide range of entrepreneurial and technical insurance experience. Over the last 30 years he has directed and negotiated a variety of special insurance programs from his position as president and chief executive of a major regional insurance brokerage firm, executive of an international brokerage firm, and as a principal in new insurance technology investments.

Stanley L. Lipshultz, J.D., CPCU
Mr. Lipshultz is an insurance instructor and also maintains a consulting practice providing services in insurance litigation consulting, acting as an expert witness in disputes involving agents' and brokers' errors and omissions, claims handling and bad faith, coverage issues and related customs and practices in property and casualty insurance. Mr. Lipshultz also became associated with Interisk Limited of Newport Beach, California, in July 1999 as an independent consultant.

Walter J. Unger
Walter Unger serves as a healthcare consultant and expert witness. Prior to launching his healthcare advisory group in 1985, he served the National Academy of Sciences' Institute of Medicine (IOM) and the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) in Washington, D.C., for 11 years.

His consulting practice specializes in healthcare coverage, coding and payment issues involving Medicare, Medicaid, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, commercial insurers, HMOs/PPOs and other third-party health benefit plans. Clients include hospitals, medical groups, medical manufacturers, healthcare associations, and law firms.
