The firm originated in 1983 when the practice founded by Frank G. Basile merged with the firm Testa and Testa and established itself as a premier insurance defense practice in New Jersey. Following the passing of Frank Basile in 2005 the firm continued to serve the needs of its insurance defense clients, and expanded its insurance defense practice. Testa Heck Scrocca & Testa, P.A. represents national and regional insurance carriers and their insureds under mutual, commercial, business, personal, homeowner, and automobile policies. Michael L. Testa, Sr., a certified civil trial attorney, has a proven trial track record of winning defense verdicts. Justin R. White, Esq. and Sharon A. Ferrucci, Esq. concentrate in insurance defense litigation, including coverage opinions and declaratory judgment suits, personal injury and first and third-party property damage litigation, and subrogation.
