Evans & Co. counselors and litigators is a regional law firm serving the insurance industry for 30 years. We provide scalable litigation services in defense and coverage matters, including matters with multi-state and with international law aspects. We provide strategy, case coordination with other counsel, quality control review of the work of other counsel, as well as more common services in defense of liability claims and interpretation of coverages. We prosecute and defend declaratory judgment actions, and contested property damage claims.

We work often with home-office claims units in respect of bad faith, coverage, environmental, and other classes of claims which benefit from special attention and expertise.
