About Us
Dixon Insurance & Interstate Truck Licensing (ITL) offer Risk Management, USDOT Consulting, and Insurance Procurement services to those companies who operate in the oil and gas and transportation industries. We provide these services throughout the upper Midwest and down to TX. Our Agency has been offering insurance products consulting for over 60-years specializing in the needs associated with trucking and oilfield concerns.
In addition, through our sister organization ITL, we provide USDOT Compliance services, FHWA authority registrations and other services needed by those who operate in the Transportation arena. Our President, E. Melissa Dixon, received her ICC Practitioner Designation in 1991. She has been assisting clients with their regulatory and tax needs through ITL for over 25-years.
Melissa has presented before organizations around the country and is a past President of the Association of Transportation Law Professionals, and is currently the President of the North Dakota Motor Carrier Association (NDMCA).
Dixon and ITL are recognized leaders in the truck insurance and compliance industries, and for our ability to bring sound advice and confidential solutions to the table.
