Description:
Contribute to the development and execution of AM Best’s growth strategy in the Asia Pacific region
Promote AM Best throughout the Asia-Pacific region (re)insurance industry with the principal objectives of building the AM Best brand, establishing new and reinforcing existing business relationships across a wide range of constituent businesses within the (re)insurance market, and growing the regional ratings count and revenues per the GFS business plan
Requirements:
ideally, a minimum of 3 years’ experience in business/brand development or marketing within the financial services sector
ideally, a working knowledge of the AP insurance and reinsurance operations
demonstrable experience in market research and/or strategic planning
an ability to construct and deliver high-quality presentations to a wide spectrum of audiences in settings ranging from one-on-one meetings to international conferences
well-developed inter-personal skills and a level of professional credibility consistent with fostering relationships at senior levels in client, potential-client and 3rd-party businesses
strong oral communication skills with, as a minimum, fluency in Mandarin and English
high level of attention to detail and an ability to meet compliance requirements in a timely and efficient manner
excellent written communication skills, including in report-writing
self-starting and able to work on own initiative in a role that reports to a manager based in Europe
ability and desire to travel extensively, principally within the AP region
proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, Powerpoint
