A panel of senior members of A.M. Best's Rating Division will review updates to the agency's capital model, known as Best's Capital Adequacy Ratio (BCAR). Topics include the basis of risk charges, a discussion of its application within the overall rating analysis and plans to communicate the draft BCAR procedure.
