A.M. Best is requesting comments from market participants in the insurance industry and other interested parties on the draft criteria report, "BCAR for Title Insurance Companies" (updates version dated April 2, 2014).
The proposed change is the inclusion of the exhibit of credit risk factors applied to recoverables.

These updates are part of A.M. Best's continual review of its rating methodology and are not expected to affect the ratings.
