A.M. Best Group Vice President – Life/Health Kenneth Frino will speak at the American Fraternal Alliance’s 2016 Annual Meeting, to take place September 8–10 at the Omni Nashville Hotel in Tennessee. Mr. Frino will speak on Friday, September 9, at 1:30 p.m. (EDT), at a workshop, titled, “How Changes to BCAR Will Impact Regulators’ Opinions of Your Society’s Financial Condition.” The workshop will address planned changes to Best’s Capital Adequacy Ratio (BCAR) and its impact on life insurers.
