AM Best and Best’s Insurance Professionals and Claims Resource have released the latest installment of the Insurance Law Podcast, a series that examines timely claims and insurance issues from a legal perspective.
This episode, “Water Claims Could Become the New Arson,” addresses fraudulent water claims: how they are being committed; what adjusters and special investigators should look for when investigating claims; and the high claims payouts for insureds perpetrating fraud.
