Building is up across the nation, but jobs have gotten more complex with more of the work being outsourced and compartmentalized. That’s led to a mesh of claims and cross-claims involving subcontractors, engineering firms, consulting firms and others.

A panel of industry experts will discuss where the complexity is arising, how to head off misunderstandings and what court decisions are saying about the future of construction liability.
