About Us
Central Adjustment Company, Inc., is a multi-line, full service company that was established by the late Earl Snapp in 1932. Central Adjustment Company currently services Arkansas, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee, Texas, Louisiana, Missouri and Florida with multiple locations to meet your claim handling needs.
Our "in-house" guidelines call for same-day contact with the insured and claimants. Inspection and investigation are to be done within 48 hours. Auto appraisals are to be completed or progress reports submitted within five (5) days. All other assignments are to be evaluated and reported on within ten (10) days. All subsequent reports are to be completed on a 30-day basis or as circumstances dictate. We can tailor our services to meet your specific needs.
We use Xactimate and Symbility software for property estimating and CCC Pathways for automated vehicle repair estimates.
