Practicing with Ms. Pollack is Lana Swingler, who has been with the firm since it opened its doors. Ms. Swingler has been practicing in the area of insurance defense law for over forty years. She focuses her practice on probate, guardianships, trusts and minors' compromises and regularly serves as second chair at trials with Ms. Pollack.
