About Us
Founded in 1986, Marshall, Conway & Bradley P.C. has developed into one of most respected New York and New Jersey insurance defense law firms, with a clients list that includes a host of national and international clients.

From our roots as an upstart New York City insurance defense law firm, we have grown to include twenty-six attorneys who handle New York and New Jersey insurance claims for a variety of insurance companies and self-insured corporations throughout the United States and London. We have earned a reputation for effectively and efficiently litigating complex insurance defense and insurance coverage issues related to construction accidents (involving violations of NY State labor law), products liability, general liability, motor vehicle liability, toxic torts, environmental liability and professional liability and reinsurance.

Our senior partners average more than twenty-five years of legal experience and have developed an unrivaled familiarity with the complexities of insurance defense, insurance coverage, reinsurance, and insurance subrogation matters. Our firm has received an AV rating from Martindale Hubbell and is widely recognized as one of the leading insurance defense law firms in New York and New Jersey.

Our New York and New Jersey insurance defense lawyers represent clients at every level of state and federal courts. Our attorneys are admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey State courts, the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the District of New Jersey, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second and Third Circuit, as well as the U.S. Supreme Court.
