| | Firm Profile | | Our goal at Governo Law Firm LLC is to deliver results that exceed our clients' expectations. We offer the superior quality associated with large firms in combination with the close personal attention typically found in small firms. We are a creative, efficient and experienced team of professionals ready to listen to and understand each client's individual needs.
Our attorneys and paralegals have the training, experience, judgment and resources to resolve the variety of complex and often large disputes our clients bring to us. Our dedication to staying current in legal, scientific and medical developments is unparalleled. We co-authored the "Toxic Tort Law and Science Manual" published by Mealey's and the "Toxic Tort and Medicine Internet Directory" published by the Defense Research Institute (DRI). We are one of the three sponsors of www.litigationforum.com, a specialty site that tracks emerging trends and developments in civil litigation.
We maintain a database and hard-copy library of over 4,000 medical and scientific articles and hundreds of transcripts of expert witnesses. To stay current with insurance-related developments, the firm is a member of the Insurance Library Association of Boston, Saval Insurance Education Center (a repository of reference materials on all areas of the insurance industry with an extensive educational program). Our subscription to Lexis-Nexis provides each attorney and paralegal with not only the typical database of virtually every court opinion, but also with weekly e-mail updates of all relevant legal developments.
The real measure of our effectiveness is not just what we can do, but what we actually do. Our attorneys don't just read the legal newspapers; we scour all of our resources and apply this knowledge for each of our client's benefit. Our attorneys not only attend continuing education classes but teach them. We have organized and chaired national legal conferences, and have authored over 100 articles.
In summary, we take every step to deliver responsive client counseling and outstanding results. |
